Your Conservative Action Team want to update you on resubmitted plans by developers to now build three, 5 bedroom dwellings with parking for up to 8 cars on the site of 334 Blossomfield Road.
Cllr Mark Parker said; “Residents may recall that development at this site has been hovering around for several months now and, in one of our last newsletters we reported how the Council rejected the original plan for two homes on this site. Despite our campaign against these plans, unfortunately, the developer appealed the decision and the Planning Inspector disappointingly overturned the local Council’s decision.”
The developer is now pushing for even more development on this site and a new application has been submitted. Residents can object to this new application by email to: [email protected] or by writing to the Planning Dept, Development Manager, PO Box 11652, Homer Road, Solihull, B91 9YA. Planning application number 2014/1367 must be provided on all communication.
