We note that the Post Office are struggling to find a replacement sub-postmaster for the Meriden Post Office. Some members of the community are adversely impacted by this, for example obtaining their pension, because they do not have cars and cannot use their bus passes to go to the Balsall Common post office.
We request, as an interim measure, that a mobile post office provides a once weekly service in Meriden village until the sub post office is able to fully reopen.
