The Government has launched a new ‘Make Things Right’ campaign. Council Leader Ian Courts says
I would encourage anyone in Solihull Borough who is experiencing problems with their social housing to engage in the complaints process to ensure your voice is heard.
This campaign sets out the steps of the complaints process that residents can take if they are unhappy with the service from their social housing provider.
