Hampton Branch present Dan Byles, MP "Travels with my mother"

A evening supper in Hampton-in-Arden with Dan Byles, MP for North Warwickshire.  At 27 Dan was, at one time, the youngest serving Major in the British Army. He resigned his commission to become a politician.  He then rowed in a wooden boat, with his mother, across the Atlantic in 101 days and then trekked with her to the North Pole.  They recorded their experiences and Dan will give an illustrated talk and answer questions, after a delicious supper.  Tickets are £20.00 each.
